[Dx4win] ver 8.03 CW problem

[Jim Price - N4ST]

I had to restart 64-bit Win7 to disable driver signature checking, but once
that was done, nice clean CW from my com port again!

Yes I did as suggested and I can now send CW from DX4WIN v8.03.
