[Dx4win] ver 8.03 CW problem

Well Ian,

What Dave is writing is probably (he got it working 100 % OK now)
the solution for those that have CW problem. 

In short.
For some users starting from Version 8.03 they have a problem 
when the cw line goes high it doesn't key but it just remains
high untill you close version 8.03.

SO FOR ALL THAT HAVE THE PROBLEM CAN YOU CHECK THAT YOU HAVE 
INSTALLED THE NEW LPT DRIVER PSE.
EVEN IF YOU DON´T HAVE A REAL LPT-PORT ON YOUR COMPUTER.

If it is not installed go to c:\dx4w803\drivers and install the lptdriver
Reboot your system 
And try then CW 

And also PSE report to reflector
