[Dx4win] PSK31 - how to transmit?

I use a COM port to control PTT with my 7700. It is the same setup I
used with my older IC781. Newer Icoms like the 7700 and 7800 can switch
to transmit under software control via the CI-V bus but I don't think
D4W supports it yet... or if it does, I don't know how to make it work.
