[Dx4win] LoTW QSOs not found, but they are there

The problem in my case is that the two QSOs in question haven't been
previously matched and aren't showing as confirmed by LoTW. I understand
that previously matched QSOs will generate a warning (that's fine), but
these haven't been matched previously.
