[Dx4win] LoTW QSOs not found, but they are there

It's usual for me. If you have downloaded a confirmation for a qso agn it 
will be a notfound qso the next time.
By the way i have not understand the criteria under a qso goes to notfound 
file.
Beside this i believe that qsos really don't match must be on the notfound 
file and not everything (like doubling).
