[Dx4win] DX4WIN data file updates

If anyone is still having trouble with the latest update script
(version 1.6), I put a copy of the old script (version 1.4) back on
the web site, you can download it from:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.old.bat

Make sure to save this script in your DX4W### directory, not your SAVE
directory, nor any other place on your hard drive.  It must be in the
same directory as the DX4WIN.EXE program.

Remember, this update script requires WGET to be installed in its
default location.  If the new script can't find WGET, you will get a
message to that effect.  The old script has no such protection.
