Yes, I have a FT5K...and it works with the FT2K DX4WIN CAT command
set...also, it works with the FT9K command set...for the 'normal' commands,
Yaesu has standardized their command set...

Looking at the documentation of the CAT commands for the FT5000 and the
current rig file for the FT2000, it looks to me that one can use the
FT2000 rig file for the FT5000. Has anyone tried this?
