Peter not quite sure about that,
Have been asking ICOM for many years to add it
And 95% of the time they even didn´t answer my mails.

Last year when I was in F´hafen I was lucky to
Meet a staff member of Icom (Ja) who I explained
Again the WHY and how they handle emails

1 week later I got this mail ....

>Dear Mr. Guy,

>I’ve just got an answer regarding "readout of the VFO B via PC / CI-V" .
>Unfortunately, it’s a negative response.
>For reasons of compatibility with other devices without a second VFO, ICOM
Inc did not (and will not) include this function.
>We are sorry, but we cannot give you any other information.

Another thing is that we suspect the new doc is incorrect
Command 0F (split on/off) is still working like b4 but in the doc is marked
Read Split setting
Nothing is mentioned about setting it anymore,
Confusing .... ..
