[Dx4win] FT950 radio settings

I think that dx4win was needed some changes in code to work with ft2000 (so
and ft950). So maybe you must update. Version 5.03 was one of the best in
dx4win but i think 8.04 is also very good without bugs and stable, the best
after 5.03 for sure and maybe better than it. So i think it's time to
upgrade. Just someone to cfm that 950 works ok with 804... (i thin kit does)
