In any event, there WILL be a fully correct country file after the
DXCC decisions have been made. Until then, I'll make my best guess,
and your QSOs will be bound to the correct DXCC entity in time.
Furthermore, if the ARRL follows past practices, you won't be able to
submit Honor Roll credit for these entities until January 1, 2011 or
later, so as to NOT give special advantages to people who can both
work and confirm them quickly (less than 3 months).
Bottom line, there is plenty of time to "get it right". Work first,
worry later.
