[Dx4win] PJ split

Hi again
The vast majority of the DX community ASSUMES there will be changes;
which is indeed LIKELY.
There are still many questions to answer by the DXAC ( I am not
surprised they have not said anything yet). But keep in mind there are
several options.
1/ Delete the 2 present PJs and create 4 new entities.
2/ Just create 2 new entities : if so, most everyone _assumes_ these
will be Curaçao and Sint Marteen. It may not be that obvious.

The DXAC in the past has taken MANY irrational decisions. So, unless
DXAC explains in advance how they view the situation, I would not bet on
any "obvious" decision.
To just name one example : the date of creation of FJ is questionable.
The unpublished reasoning is the date the island was added to the DoS
list of special sovereignty areas makes it a new entity.
This date is actually the date of the information by the DoS of the new
political status, but the actual change took place earlier.
Another question is : why did they not delete the combination of the ex
FS and FJ, and create 2 new entities, since the political change
affected both islands simultaneously and equally ?

So again, unless DXAC makes an official annoucement of what they _plan_
to do, I would wait for the decision to be official.

Will be happy to discuss that off the list.
