[Dx4win] Convert DX4WIN to ADIF Difficulties

It sounds like you might want to upgrade to DX4WIN Version 8. There
are a couple of multiple QSO operations for taking the stuff in the
"Notes for this QSO" and "Notes for this Call" fields and converting
them to Name, QTH and Frequency fields.
