[Dx4win] Convert DX4WIN to ADIF Difficulties

Good Afternoon!
 
I converted my log from DX4WIN to ADIF. Here is a sample of what it looks  
like saved in NOTEBOOK:

The information between the vertical bar lines is not in the proper ADIF  
format. These include frequency, power, name, and QTH. All of which I would 
like  to have when transferring to various programs. Can anyone help with a 
practical  computer way to resolve this?
