[Dx4win] DX4WIN not setting LOTW upload flag

Jim, I don't think you understand. I DID upload my QSO's with the proper
mode, however LOTW confirmed it as mode DATA. If LOTW matches DATA to any
digital mode, then DX4WIN should also.

DATA is not a valid ADIF mode, Jay.  See:

I would suggest uploading those QSOs again with the correct mode.
Then the downloaded lotwreport.adi file should have the correct mode, and
the confirmations will work.
