[Dx4win] DX4WIN not setting LOTW upload flag

DATA is not a valid ADIF mode, Jay.  See:

I would suggest uploading those QSOs again with the correct mode.
Then the downloaded lotwreport.adi file should have the correct mode,
and the confirmations will work.
