No, there is no setting in the VCP software. As far as I know it always passes the control signals.
Note that I said that when I substitute MixW in CW mode for DX4WIN, without making any other
changes, the PTT and kelines work fine through the VCP software.

It sounds like the Virtual Port software is not passing through the
RTS/DTR state. Is there a setting for this?
