[Dx4win] F2 - Preferences - Mark for printing a label

This may have been covered before, but the after upgrading through 8.01 
and now 8.02 its the first time I've gone through a batch of cards.

Version 8.02 - F2 Preference NOT checked for printing a label; however, 
when using F2 to confirm a card, I show it confirmed AND label is set to 
Y.  This forces a manual correction to reset to N.

Other F2 functions (like submit for award) seem to work ok.
