[Dx4win] Recording Frequency

 I need to ask a question.
 
Can the recording of the Frequency that is a new feature in version 8.xx be
turned off so that if your radio does not provide good information then you
are not recording rubbish in the log?
 
It seems that there are issues with some radio's and setups outside of the
control of the program itself and in these cases to turn the feature off and
get back to enjoying the hobby and program would be a logical solution.
