[Dx4win] dx4winv.v 801

[ON4AOI]

Not sure if the MicroHam keyer is working or not
Because I don´t have one but I think there are users
That are using it with dx4win. 
I use a Winkeyer (K1EL chip) that is supported
By DX4WIN but the problem you have is related to 
The USB serial Port, I can simulate the exception
When I disconnect my keyer b4 shutting down DX4WIN.
Make sure when you setup this USB to serial port that
All is ok.
