[Dx4win] DX4WIN, Vista, and MMTTY

I've played around with the release candidate.  I'm not getting my boxed 
copy until October 22.  I did get DX4WIN to work, but did not try it 
with any peripherals or MMTTY (my shack will remain XP for the 
foreseeable future).  I personally would not invest any time/effort in 
Vista at this point, but would wait for Windows 7.  I do understand if 
it's your only computer and you need to get back on the air.

MMTTY works perfectly fine from outside of DX4WIN, I almost never use it 
from within DX4WIN.
