I have a HP 5150 which was one of the cheapest when i bought it 5 years ago.
It printed 5000 cards in 1-2 days (for a special call for Olympic Games in
2004). It accepts more than 50 cards at once. I don't think that someone can
find it new. I have tried also canon mx300. This is 1 year old and prints
cards directly. I can load abt 50 cards and print them ok but it doesn't
seem so reliable as the HP. I hadn't any problem but the feeling is this.
Both of them are inkjet and my cards have the space i need to print the
qsos.
A pre-printed card with boxes is difficult to be printed by dx4win. It would
be nice if i could have presets for every column and not for all the qso.
Maybe Paul add it once a day. I would like to have an option to print the
notes for this qso field but this is another wish. But dx4win does his job
for printing direct to qsls very good.
Maybe an option is a small program from sp7dqr. Marek has make a routine
where you can get a dx4wi adif file and transfer it to word!! So someone can
make the necessary space to have the fields where he wish. I have not tried
it but you can download the program here and try it..
