[Dx4win] Locked in Demo mode

Yup... I thought it was working perfectly on Vista in Program Piles...
until I tried create a file! Probably could be fixed messing with
permissions... but putting data in the Program Files directory hierarchy
has always been a bad idea. Used to cause the same kind of grief on
networks where executables are read-only for the average user.
I created a new folder as suggested on C and it's fine now.
