[Dx4win] Dx4win in a Vista 64 bit operating system

Hi Mike,
The LPT port can be used for printing no problem
with that, it´s just the // port driver for other
hardware like banddecoder or CW-ptt used by dx4win
that is not compatible with the BSG 64 bit windows.
