[Dx4win] Dx4win in a Vista 64 bit operating system

Hi Irwin,

Dx4win works OK under Vista 64 bit except for the LPT port.
It´s only needed when you use a banddecoder 
CW can be only connected via Serial port, not via the LPT port in Vista 64
bit
