early in the morning, for example, when spots are fairly scarce... I 
don't want to get exited about spots for stations that have long since 
gone to bed.  That's the point of the color coding... to get your 
attention without having to read the spot. having hight priority spots 
on the screen is distracting. Like Pavlov's Dog... when I see the "New 
Country Color", the heart rate goes up ;-) I believe there was also an 
issue with 24hr old spots... they don't "delete" if you try to "delete 
old spots".

You are assuming, incorrectly, that I never use the same cluster twice. 
I usually use the same one, but occasionally it is down so I use an 
alternate.

You can't really implement this without doing the whole thing...
