[Dx4win] ADIF to DXQ conversion for IARU contest

If anyone wants to convert their IARU ADIF log to DX4WIN, please send me 
a log sample so I can update my conversion program.  I would prefer at 
least one sample from N1MM and WriteLog.  I have to go the other way, 
DX4WIN -> WriteLog, so my own log won't be much help.
