[Dx4win] 7.06 won't set split on K3

This might might get it going for you.
Download and install DX4WIN 7.07.
Use the "Elecraft K3 X4" rig file that downloads with version 7.07.
If you are using LP_Bridge, I have found that something gets out of
whack with it at times. When LP_Bridge gets off track, modes on VFO
B and split can be wrong after double clicking a DX spot. Restarting
LP_Bridge seems to correct the problem.
