Did you install the LPT driver?

8.03 uses different drivers.  When you installed the program, you
should have been told how to install the driver.

Go to your dx4w803\drivers directory and run "lptdriver.exe"

Then restart DX4WIN and see if LPT works.

Follow up the reflector if this gets you going.
