[Dx4win] Missing DX Spots

I have noticed, over a significant period of time that there is a fairly large percentage of spots which are clearly present in the telnet/cluster window which do not appear in any way in the DX spots window with DX4WIN.  On a couple of occasions this has resulted in no alarm for a new mode which should have been sounded and I missed out on the opportunity  These spots which appear in the telnet window appear to be in precisely the correct format and they show up clearly there but not in the spots window, so I'm thinking it's not likely to be a problem with the incoming spots, but other than that, I'm at a loss.  I do know that I'm not a happy camper when I miss out on a new band or mode because of this.  I've tried to make more sens of it, but there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it (such as every Xth spot doesn't get into the spots window or something of that nature) so I'm really at a loss.

If you can help with this, I'd appreciate an email off the reflector; if I get multiple replies, I'll condense them and share with the group.
