I've updated the release notes again for DX4WIN.CTY #66:

I believe I've fixed all the problems reported to me since the release
of DX4WIN 8.01.  If I missed anyone, please send me the information
again.

Please let me know if there are any other changes needed.  I will
release this file the weekend of September 5/6 (Labor Day weekend in
USA, unofficial end of summer).
