[Dx4win] RX Audio Levels in PSK31 Mode

You probably have the waterfall display configured incorrectly... dx4win 
is not more or less sensitive than other programs... check in PSK31 
settings under display what you have set baseline to. It is probably set 
too high. This parameter sets the "black level" of the waterfall.
