[Dx4win] RAC 2009 to DX4WIN not working

It just might be that Paul didn't allow for spaces in the directory 
string... I'll bet it works in any directory without embedded spaces.

I haven't ordered my 2009 edition yet... I should... my 2006 edition is 
getting very out-of-date.
