[Dx4win] Lotw pending DXCC confirmation

Hello,

I was wondering if its possible that DX4WIN shows the spots on the cluster
with a different colour for those countries not confirmed via LOTW or EQSL
.... It could be a great tool for whose using LOTW as his main confirmation
procedure.
