[Dx4win] A strange thing

Hi Tibor,
Tried this out a few months ago before the bandmap was in DX4WIN.
I used bandmaster from VE3NEA,DX4WiN and HRD to see if the VSPE
Driver could handle it, I could make it working but very unstable,
Saved configuration did not work correct after shutting down and restarting
So everytime I had to reconfigure all, shortly after my tests the developing
In dx4win has started......
