[Dx4win] Icom 756 Pro III_B rig file

Yes I am using Micro Keyer with USB ports. No problems with that one.

The original Pro III rig file adds extra digits to the logged frequency
time by time, mostly it is OK. Looks like occasional data collision
somewhere.
