[Dx4win] Icom 756 Pro III_B rig file

The new .rig file doesn't work with my 756 Pro III. The original one
works just fine, and that's the one I'm using.

Paul created this file for one particular user. I don't know that that
there are two different versions of 756 pro firmware, I have had the 756
(original) and 756 Pro (I) and all used the same .RIG file as the Pro
(III) I have now. I suspect this particular user (who needed the _B
file) had something else set up incorrectly, but those are baseless
accusations on my part without any hard evidence.

Are you using a USB radio interface (like microHam)? That's been the
source of my problems in the past. I didn't seem to have any problems
recently using 7.05 and the latest microHam firmware (7.1.5). But I
didn't get a lot of testing in (i.e. I've only logged about 50 QSOs and
put out a few spots).

If I can get a real antenna up this weekend, and get back on the air,
I'll have more time to play around.
