[Dx4win] The better interface - CW

Hi Marcos

I found that WinKeyer works very well together with DX4WIN. I use the serial 
kit in a simple configuration with only the serial connection and CW + PTT 
Linie connected (not using the stand-alone keyer...)

I also tried using LPT1 to key CW, but the Windows issues mess up the cw 
timing from time to time when the PC is busy doing other stuff..

I Notebbok has only USB and my mainly use will be CW. Price is very 
important because taxes in Brasil are very strong.
