[Dx4win] The better interface - CW

Hi everyone
I want to buy an interface to use with DX4WIN on CW mode. What is the better one?
Please, help me to chose one, but consider:

I Notebbok has only USB and my mainly use will be CW. Price is very important because taxes in Brasil are very strong.
