[Dx4win] Rig file for the Yaesu FT 950

I have a file for the FT-950 that has been tested
Idf anyone need just asl for it.

PS Also ICOM rigfiles that are not in the latest release are available

Jim,
    The Yaesu FT-9000 v31 will work for the FT-950. The RTS box need to be
checked and to uncheck the DTS in the preferences. It worked great then.
