[Dx4win] Rig file for the Yaesu FT 950

Jim,
    The Yaesu FT-9000 v31 will work for the FT-950. The RTS box need to be checked and to uncheck the DTS in the preferences. It worked great then. Thanks for all the help.

I think Guy ON4AOI has been doing some work on the Yaesu radio files.  He might
be able to give you a better answer.
