[Dx4win] Kosovo and CQ accepting as DX

Hi all
Kosovo stations do use YU8 or YT8, but many stations, if not the vast 
majority of YU8 and YT8 are NOT in Kosovo....
There is no way to know just by the callsign. People mist either ask the 
station worked, or check qrz.com.
