DX4WIN loads all the QSOs from the file into memory, then writes the QSOs back
to disk when it exits.  There is no good way to share a central file this way.

You're better off using contest logging software in mutlti-op,
multi-transmitter mode, then importing the QSOs into a single copy of DX4WIN on
a regular basis.  Any of the big programs can do this, some are free (N1MM,
CT), some cost money (Writelog, Win-Test).
