[Dx4win] Merging DX4WIN country file data

Hi Folks,

One of the options for updating your DX4WIN country file is to merge the new
file into your existing country file, rather than simply copying the new
country file into your SAVE directory.

Paul recently reminded me that the merge is limited in scope; it only merges
these parts of the country file:

  Exception Calls
  IOTAs
  QSL Managers
  QSL addresses

During the merge, DX4WIN will prompt you merging each of these parts.

Thus, if new entities are added to the country file, or prefix mappings change,
these changes will NOT be merged into your existing country file.

Please take this into account when making the decision whether to merge or copy
the new country file.  I'll update the installation instructions with this
information.
