[Dx4win] DXCC Reports

I have not really been active. I have casually chased DX and have not updated DXCC since I got my first DXCC (one of the first local field checkers). I have decided to get up to date. I copied the ARRL DXCC Grid Report and printed that. I have also printed the DX4WIN DXCC report including deleted...

I understand the deleted being sorted at the end. I do NOT understand why Country names do not match? Prefixes do not match? and the sort order is not the same?

Here is a couple of examples:
DX4WIN V 7.03.16                ARRL
E7    Bosnia & Herzegovina      T9    Bosnia & Herzegovina
HL    South Korea               HL,DS Republic of Korea

For Credit to Jim & DX4WIN,
The FJ is in DX4WIN and not in the DXCC grid!!
ARRL does not include the /letter in their grid!

There a many others, I just added the ones that stood out quickly. 
So far, I am still muddling along!!

Can some one shed some light?
