I tried DX4WIN 6.04, 7.02 and 7.03 and did not get any "Index out of 
range" errors when adding a new entity.  Perhaps you have found a path 
to a bug that no one else has.  The only way to fix it is for you 
document every step of a repeatable procedure that stimulates the 
problem.  It could also be something in your country file that is 
corrupted, in which case Paul would need both the procedure and your 
country file to duplicate the problem.
