[Dx4win] Help on controlling FT1000 Mark V

I need some help and or advice, I am setting up to control my FT1000 Mark V by DX4WIN Version 7.13.16

I setted up on Preference, happens that DX4win is polling the radio ( I see the Cat Light coming on on Mark V ) but after some try it goes OFF saying :
Radio Timed out Radio interface has been disabled.....


Any suggestions and or help Please
