[Dx4win] DX4WIN Version 7.06 and the FT2000 and FT9000

I believe Paul swapped the commands to send freq and mode from 7.05 to 7.06:

"The radio driver now writes the frequency first followed by the mode;
this change was needed for K3 radios"

This could be the cause of the difference you noticed.
