[Dx4win] Grid format question in packet comment fields

Hi Paul,

em40>dn70 this means that the spotter is in EM40 and worked or heard
(station he spotted) in DN70 grid
EM63(ES>DM81 is the same has above but ES stands for propagation ==> ES =
Sporadic E
IN78RI(TR>IN53RE same as above but TR stands also for propagation ==>TR =
Tropo 
F2 JT6M EME etc are used also between <> 
(> is a mistyped spot hi

Hi,

I'm trying to recognize more grids like:
em40>dn70

I understand that em40 is the 'needed' grid.

But what about the following:
EM63(ES>DM81

I do not understand the meaning of the left parenthesis; does it imply 
EM63ES as the needed grid?
But I see also:
DM03(>DN30 and
IN78RI(TR>IN53RE
