[Dx4win] Removing from submission list?

Doing a DXCC submission will ALWAYS add those back to the submission list!

The only thing you can do at this point is to save the submission list to a
.CSV file, then edit those QSOs out, and change the award flags back.  But they
will be submitted again next time.

Or you could mark the QSOs as unconfirmed, which would also prevent DX4WIN from
submitting them.
