[Dx4win] What is the proper LoTW setting for a satellite QSO?

There isn't one!

I didn't write those AMSAT notes, I just referenced them.  They don't refer to
any particular logging program.

DX4WIN needs some work to truly support Satellite QSOs.  It would require a
change in the logbook structure.
